Healing. Let's break this down, shall we?

I'm going in hard on this one ::cracks knuckles:: Get some snacks, grab a drink, take a deep breath, and let's go inÂ đŸ§ đŸ‘€đŸ—ïž

.: Healing :.

Healing is the process of restoring or bringing balance to cells, systems, body, and mind after neglect, disease, injury, etc.

Words are very important to me and I cannot subscribe to a one dimensional definition or explanation when there are more dimensions to be considered. In leu of this, let's look at synonyms, and their definitions, associated with healing.

Repair: Often equivalent to mend, is preferred when the object is a relatively complex one that has become damaged or decayed through use, age, exhaustion, etc. To set right, remedy.

Mend: Is the general word implying the making whole again of something that has been broken, torn, etc.

Whole: All of; entire. In an unbroken or undamaged state; All in one piece. In all aspects of one's being, including the physical, mental, social, spiritual, etc. Not divided up; in a single unit as one.

One: Being a single entity, unit, object, or living being. Forming a single entity of two or more components. Contrast with or relation to another or others of its kind. In accord or unity.

Unity: Being together or at one with someone or something. It's the opposite of being divided. This is a word for togetherness or oneness.

Divided: Split into parts; separated. Not in unity, separated. Parts doing their own thing.

Rehabilitation: Bringing back to a positive condition. A restoration of reputation and character.

Restoration: The action of returning something to a former owner, place, or condition.

And so on.

Now that I've created a rich image of what healing is in my mind, and the synonyms associated with it, I can begin to create a more concise approach to something I wish to achieve with my body and mind as well as having new context with which I can use as a tool to push this further into my reality, such as the achievements with my relationship to other humans, social interactions, work, art, nature, movement/motion, etc. This is how I broaden my perspectives/perceptions. While on the note of perspective/perception, let's briefly look at these two words;

Perspective: Technical: The technique or process of representing on a plane or curved surface the spatial relation of objects as they might appear to the eye. Representation in a drawing or painting of parallel lines as converging in order to give the illusion of depth and distance (man is the measure of all things).
Human: Perspective is the ability to look at a thing or situation using logic. To back up and see the whole picture/situation.

ï»żPerception:Â ï»żï»żï»żOccurs through the experiencing of our reality through our senses. What we sense is always subjective to our beliefs. And beliefs are associated with external programs (see the blog about microdosing)

Basically, healing is another term for reprogramming old beliefs. When Jesus of Nazareth went about the globe “healing” people, he always let them know that it was NO miracle. He was not a healer. He was simply emitting the frequency of Knowing based on Truth; I am You. You are Me. I am God. You are God. “Oh, but she was paralyzed and now she can walk because of you.” No. I know the Truth, the STORY about how she couldn’t walk was a BELIEF, NOT the Truth. Because I am Self realized, anything besides the Truth shall fall apart in my presence. Remember that you are me and I am you. This is the truth. This is true healing. This is stasis. WAKE UP and stop giving your power to IDEAS AND BELIEFS. Wake the fuck up. This is Christ Conscious. This is remembering what we forgot. The tools we have at our disposal for healing; therapies, food, herbs, music, comfort
 these are great but should be approached as a tool that will lead some something else/new and one should be weary of becoming attached to these where they become crutches and possibly addictions where healing can’t begin to take place.
